Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $120 or more within the United States.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Food & Grocery Items

K I T A M U R A sells non-perishable grocery and snack products. Due to the nature of food items, all food sales are final and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Skincare & Personal Care

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products are non-returnable if opened or used. Returns may be considered only if the item remains unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

Clothing, Accessories & Household Items

Clothing, socks, bags, school supplies, and household items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Packaging & Transit

K I T A M U R A carefully packages all items to ensure safe delivery. Minor cosmetic packaging dents that do not affect product integrity do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Carrier Delays

K I T A M U R A is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
