Due to the nature of food, beverage, and consumable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food, drinks, or any consumable items once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Food Items
Non-food products (such as home goods or accessories) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
We do not accept returns on:
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Opened or used products
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
